Source Files in Microsoft Excel

1 - Use Excel or Open Office to create a Source File Source Files contain information that ScadaMobile needs for visualizing PLC process variables as required by the user. You can create files in Excel and save them as CSV. Just provide the following information in 4 columns: Column A : Variable Name. Column B : Data Type. Column C : Variable Address. Column D : Display or Communication Attributes
2 - Import CSV files into ScadaMobile. Launch ScadaMobile and start the embedded File server. Point your PC's Web browser to the indicated IP address. Upload files created in 1 into ScadaMobile. Chose what sources(s) you want ScadaMobile to display data from.
3 - Monitor process variable states and values from anywhere. That's it. You should be now monitoring your process. ScadaMobile supports both landscape and portrait modes.
