This is an issue that appeared on ScadaMobile since iOS 7.0.3. We have already solved it and submitted a fix to iTunes Connect (version 2.5.2). We also asked for an expedited review because this problem was due to an API change that did not affect us before – the app was fully tested and revised to work fine on iOS 7.0 -
Unfortunately there is no workaround for this until ScadaMobile 2.5.2 gets released, the app is currently on the "waiting for review" state. We apologize for the inconveniences.
